A Sweet Emotion is located in the Coosawattee River Resort; this home encompasses everything that is tranquil, peaceful, restful and private, from the contemporary furnishings inside to the fully private exterior setting. The master suites both have king size pillow top mattresses and in suite baths with screen enclosed private patios. The hot tub is set amongst the private landscape and is the ultimate way to start or end the day. The kitchen has everything a cook could want to put the perfect meal together, or you could grill the days catch outside. After dinner you can head out to the fire pit or cuddle up near the fireplace.
The resort amenities are available for those who want to experience the breathtaking views and what the seasons have to bring. There is a rec center workout facilities complete with treadmills, weight machines, free weights, a rowing machine and exercise bikes. There are 3 pools the indoor pool is heated so you can swim year round. There is a kiddy pool as well an arcade with games, pool tables, ping pong and air hockey. The rec center also has a tennis, volleyball and basketball courts with all of the equipment you could need. The teen center has an outdoor pool for the family to enjoy. For the fishing adventure there is a tranquil fish pond – no fishing license required. There are also rafting and tubing shuttle services, as well as kayaking.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

The only items you’ll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
- Rates are $145 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests
- Weekly Rate: $875 plus tax
- Cleaning fee $65
- Two night minimum stay on non-holidays
- Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the month of October
- Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas
Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!
Because we are truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food bowl and water bowl.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
