Catahoula Cabin at Nature’s Landing – is a gorgeous cabin nestled in the mountainous hillsides of Carter’s Lake. Just a 1/4 mile hike to the beautiful shoreline with a magnificent view of the surrounding North Georgia Mountains.

This private and secluded cabin is nestled in the woods with plenty of space for the entire family. There’s a full wrap-around porch, 6- person hot tub, 4 private bedrooms plus a game room .
A trail head is in front of the cabin which leads to lake side and a private beach on Carters Lake, only a few minutes hike away. There is plenty of room for parking on level ground as this cabin is located on a private cul-de-sac.
A designated swimming beach at the Harris Branch Rec Area of Carters Lake is only a 10 minute drive from the cabin.
Catahoula Cabin at Nature’s Landing is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath log home that sleeps up to eight (8) people and offers the following:
- One king size bed and three queen size beds with luxurious 400 count sheets
- Master bedroom has 32″ Flat -Screen TV, private bath has a jetted garden tub with separate shower
- Deck off of master bedroom and living room offer a view of the beautiful wooded surroundings
- Gas fireplace in the living room, central heat and air, washer and dryer
- Wireless DSL Internet
- Large yard and outdoor living space with full wrap-around porch with seating
- Cable TV with expanded channels including ESPN in HD
- 37″ flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room
- Pool Table and bar area on lower level with 32″ flat screen TV, stereo system and gas Fireplace.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker
- Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans
The only items you’ll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
- Rates are $150 per night plus tax for 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 people), each additional room is $20 per bedroom per night plus tax. Please specify which rooms you would like to use.
- Weekly rates are $910 plus tax, each additional room is $140 per room per week plus tax.
- Cleaning fee $85 as a 2 bedroom and $100 as a 3 or 4 bedroom.
- Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
- Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the month of October.
- Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!
Because we are truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food bowl and water bowl.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
All reservations require guests to purchase a $35 Damage Waiver which covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that may occur during your stay, provided they are reported to Morning Breeze Cabin Rentals prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $500 will be charged to the credit card on file. Damage Waiver does not cover damages that are willful, intentional, a result of gross negligence or replacement costs for theft by you or your guests. Any non-covered repairs or replacement costs will be charged directly to the Guest credit card on file.
