As soon as you step foot out of your vehicle you will hear the rushing waters of Mountaintown creek just below the cabin. The sounds and the view of this rocky creek are relaxing and tranquil. Kick back in the hammock and let the sound of the water and the feel the mountain breeze take all your worries away. Relax in the hot tub as you soak up all the scenery. Hike down to the creek and in the surrounding woods. Roast marshmallows by the creek at the fire pit. Whether its relaxation or adventure you seek, you will be sure to find it here at Kickback Creek.
This two bedroom, two bath cabin is located on a private, wooded lot inside the Coosawattee River Resort, overlooking the Mountaintown Creek. You will find everything you need to make yourself at home in the fully furnished kitchen. You can relax in front of the floor to ceiling, rock fireplace. The Master bedroom features a four poster queen size bed and access to the private covered porch overlooking the river. The loft area is big enough for the whole family to gather and there are even board games for all ages. Come kick back with us at Kickback Creek.
Kickback Creek is a beautifully decorated two bedrooms, two bath log home that sleeps up to four (4) people and offers the following:
- Two queen size beds with luxurious 400 count sheets
- Master bedroom has a private deck with view of creek and private bathroom with rocked garden tub and separate shower
- Gas burning fireplace in the living room, central heat and air, washer and dryer
- Covered porch and connecting deck with view of Mountaintown Creek
- Hot tub, hammock, fire pit and benches by creek, and propane gas grill
- Wireless DSL Internet
- Satellite TV with Network Channels, DVD/VCR, board and card games, and books
- Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker
- Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans
The only items you’ll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
- Rates are $150 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests.
- Weekly rates are $910 plus tax.
- Cleaning fee $70.
- Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
- Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the month of October.
- Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!
Because we are truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food bowl and water bowl.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
