Peace and tranquility combined with a mountain view that expands across the horizon is what you’ll find upon your arrival at the Sunset Valley Cabin. Extra large wrap-around deck with many unique offerings; from the outdoor table to enjoy that special family meal, the adirondack chairs that surround a stacked rock fire pit, great for roasting smores or to just gaze into and loose all track of time.
There are plenty of rockers, wicker seating and even an inviting hammock for that long overdue afternoon nap. Another unique feature is the beautiful hand-made waterfall that tumbles down the hilly acreage off the backside of the cabin into a stone pond. The soothing sound of the flowing water can be heard throughout the cabin and surrounding grounds. The inside of this cabin also has much to offer, with the flat- rock floor to ceiling fireplace,great room with ample seating for the whole gang and an old fashioned, functional stove to give that “ole-timey” feel. Lower level is a great gathering area for the entire family or close friend to relax and play games or possible watch a good movie. Located in Ellijay, GA, where you will find hiking, horseback riding, tubing, fishing and fun filled seasonal festivals.
Sunset Valley is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath log home that sleeps up to eight (8) people and offers the following:
- One king size bed, two queen size beds, and a bunk bed with double on bottom each with luxurious 400 count sheets
- Wood-burning fireplace in the living room, central heat and air, washer and dryer
- Mountain views from the sunset side of the ridge
- Wrap around deck, hot tub, man made waterfall, hammock, and propane gas grill
- Wireless DSL Internet
- Game room with Cable TV with Network Channels, DVD/VCR, board and card games, and books
- Bath essentials such as private label soap and shampoo, hair dryer and thick towels
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker
- Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans
The only items you’ll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
- Rates are $160 per night plus tax for 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 people), each additional room is $40 per bedroom per night plus tax.
- Weekly rates are $980 plus tax, each additional room is $280 per room per week plus tax.
- Cleaning fees are $90 as a 2 bedroom and $100 as a 3 bedroom.
- Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
- Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the month of October.
- Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!
Because we are truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food bowl and water bowl.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
