Sweetwater Cabin is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom with loft, 2.5 bath log home that sleeps up to seven (7) people and offers the following:

One King size bed, One Queen size bed, Three Twin size beds (in the loft) all with luxurious 400 count sheets
Master bedroom has private porch next to creek and a private bathroom with custom cabinets and shower
Wood-burning fireplace, central heat and air, washer and dryer
Screened in Porch with propane gas grill, picnic table, hot tub, and seating by the creek
Large sitting room facing the creek with Amish rockers and board games
Wireless DSL Internet
Satellite TV with Network Channels, DVD player, and stereo
Custom staircase and woodwork throughout cabin

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker

The only items you’ll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $160 per night plus tax for 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 people), $200 per night plus tax for 2 bedrooms and loft (sleeps 7 people).
Weekly rates are $980 plus tax for 2 bedrooms, $1260 per week plus tax for 2 bedrooms plus loft.
Cleaning fee $75 plus tax for 2 bedrooms, $85 plus tax for 2 bedrooms plus loft.
Two night minimum stay on non-holidays.
Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the month of October.
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!

Because we are truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food bowl and water bowl.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
