Long Retreats at The 5 Star Lodge
Our first option for your business getaway is The 5 Star Lodge. This ultra-luxurious cabin features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and can sleep up to 24 guests in beds. The 5 Star Lodge and Stables also offers three flexible rooms for additional sleeping of up to six guests plus a few futons, pullouts, and roll-away beds to accommodate a total of 33 people. These high-end bedrooms offer 400+ thread count sheets and are decorated to perfection. You’ll particularly enjoy the spacious and high-end living quarters of the cabin that all offer spectacular views of the Chattahoochee National Forest. The main room even has floor-to-ceiling windows where you can relax and soak in the outdoor scenery. Did we mention the room is also equipped with a 92-inch flat-screen TV where you and your colleagues can watch a movie or a sports game? After all, you’ll deserve it after working hard all day.
When evening comes, step outside onto the extra-large screened-in porch and get closer to the mountains. This gorgeous deck features a fireplace, hot tub, flat-screen TV, sky swings, a gas grill, and plenty of rocking chairs. Organize a fun get-together while grilling hot dogs and serving drinks by the fire. You won’t want to miss out on the chance to unwind in the bubbly hot tub under the gazebo! Additional Meeting Space at the Moose Lodge Pavilion
If you’re already staying with your team in our luxurious 5 Star Lodge, the Moose Lodge Pavilion is great to gain some extra space. It’s only 300 yards from the 5 Star Lodge and is a unique stand-alone structure with its own mesmerizing mountain views. It provides additional seating (up to 75) and sleeping accommodations (one bedroom with two sets of luxurious, full-size bunk beds and one-and-a-half bathrooms). This 1,500-square-foot building has an open floor plan with two couches/queen futons, a custom table for eating, 52-inch flat-screen TV, and a small refrigerator. It also features an outdoor fire pit, tennis court, volleyball and basketball court, as well as equipment for bocce ball. To unwind after your meeting, head over to the game room where a variety of entertainment awaits you! There, you’ll find a pool table, a foosball table, a custom bar for happy-hour delights, a fireplace, an extra-large flat-screen TV, several board games, and books! Your group will never get bored while staying in this Georgia cabin rental.
Note that the Pavilion can be rented as an additional area for extra sleeping, a day event that includes all the guests staying at the Lodge, and a day event adding extra guests.
For extra sleeping area for up to eight guests: $250/night plus $150 for cleaning and taxes (interior of the Pavilion only)
For a day event for guests already staying at the Lodge: $250/day plus a $150 cleaning fee (exterior only)
As an addition to the Lodge with outside guests: $500/day and a $150 cleaning fee
Peak Seasons/Minimum Nights
*Memorial Day Weekend, the Month of July, Labor Day Weekend, leaf season (October into early November), Thanksgiving, and Christmas through the first week of January
*Two-night minimum stays are required during non-peak times
*Three-night minimum stays are required for Memorial Day Weekend, the 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, and the entire month of October into early November.
*There is a seven-night minimum stay requirement for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
