This little gem of a cabin is tucked in nicely with all the privacy you could crave.This pet-friendly cabin rental has everything you could need to enjoy a memorable vacation with someone special or with some friends. The exterior has plenty of room on both the screened porch and lower level deck, complete with comfy rockers and an eating area, all with a front-row seat to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain view. Soak in the brand-new hot tub on the lower level, the perfect spot to relax with the one you love as you both indulge in a beverage of your choice. You will even find a game of cornhole for some friendly competition and a few hours of fun and laughter with the gang. Not to be missed, gather around the fire pit under the North Georgia Mountain celestial sky, complete with twinkling stars. Warm up your fingers and toes while roasting a marshmallow or two over the open fire... kick back and indulge that inner child!

Step inside this adorable pet-friendly Ellijay cabin rental where the mountain charm continues. A large comfy sofa is situated in front of the gas fireplace, perfect for snuggling up on one of those cool North Georgia nights. There's a fully furnished kitchen complete with everything you would need, including a crock pot and Keurig. Cook to your heart's desire for an entire week if you so choose. Or maybe you choose to head into downtown Ellijay or Blue Ridge to grab some delicious lunch or dinner at Cantaberry's, Black Sheep, or the River Street Tavern. If you still have some energy left after a day of white water rafting down the Ocoee River or maybe hiking part of the Appalachian Trail, head on down to the terrace level for a quick game of pool.

As dusk settles over those incredible Mountains of North Georgia and your body starts to slow its rhythm down a notch or two, slide between those luxury sheets and let yourself drift into another dimension. There is nothing more soothing than the mountain sounds right outside your window to ensure a deep therapeutic sleep. If you are feeling adventurous, there are plenty of great hiking trails in both the Ellijay and Blue Ridge areas. Long Branch Falls is a beautiful and very easy hike. It is perfect for trekking with the kids, and the scenery and falls are well worth it! The Apple Orchards in Ellijay, Georgia are another great way to spend the day. So many to choose from off of 52E, only 20 minutes from the Big Bear Hideaway rental cabin. Be sure to indulge in a fried pie or fritter along with some of that delicious apple cider. Downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge are both only about 25 minutes from the cabin. Settled within the elegance of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the downtown areas are warm and welcoming towns, both with fantastic antique and specialty shops on every corner. You can spend the entire day leisurely strolling in and out of boutiques, candy shops, and mountain clothing stores. If your stomach starts to rumble, there are some great fine dining as well as little "Mom and Pop" restaurants scattered throughout the towns. If you are in Ellijay, be sure to stop by the Tabor House Museum, the Civil War Library, and several historic buildings. Blue Ridge has the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, Hucks General Store, and Three Sisters Fudge to name a few. There are also several great wineries in the North Georgia Mountains, including Cartecay Vineyard, Ellijay River, and Bear Claw. There are festivals, tons of great fishing spots, Lake Blue Ridge, tubing down the rivers, and more for you to fully enjoy every moment that you spend in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains.
