Wind Rush is a beautifully decorated Ellijay Cabin rental with one of the most incredible views of the North Georgia Mountains. There is an over-sized deck with plenty of room for everyone to just sit back and relax as you hear the gentle mountain breeze blowing through the trees. There are so many ways to unwind and take in the beautiful mountain surroundings. Starting with a leisurely dip in the steamy and inviting hot tub, and possibly ending with an evening of sitting around the gas fire-pit with a glass of wine from one of the local vineyards. The breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Georgia Mountains can be seen from almost every room in the cabin thanks to the magnificent floor to ceiling windows that encompass the entire back of this lovely true log cabin.

Wind Rush is the perfect size for that romantic mountain getaway to celebrate a special occasion or create a new one. The family room has a handsome leather sofa situated in front of the stone encased real wood burning fireplace making it the perfect spot to cuddle up with that someone special on those brisk North Georgia Mountain evenings. Enjoy a quiet evening by the fire watching your favorite movies on the 50" flat screen TV or maybe Sunday night Football featured on ESPN. The fresh Georgia Mountain air will refresh and invigorate your mind, body and soul and after a full day of enjoying the great outdoors, you will build up quite the appetite. No worries, with this lovely mountain cabin rental you will find a fully furnished kitchen with everything you would need to whip up a delicious meal or maybe a quick snack before bedtime. As the sun gently sets over the expansive mountain horizon you will slowly feel the sweet release from the worries of the world. Two comfy beds both with 300+ count sheets for you to melt into and enjoy a full nights slumber.

Located in the exclusive gated-community of Walnut Mountain, they will have paved roads leading you all the way to the cabin. This ideal location is only 10-12 minutes from downtown Ellijay. You will not want to miss out on this delightful little Georgia Mountain town. Ellijay offers something for everyone, complete with "Mom and Pop" eateries, fine dining, antiques, boutiques, ice cream and coffee shops. Ellijay is also home of the "Apple Fest", a premier event that brings thousands to our quaint little mountain town. The Apple Festival is a delight with 100's of unique vendors and make sure to try out the delicious apples that are grown in the North GA Mountain region. Fishing, boating and hiking are nearby.

We loved the mountain view from the cabin. Being in a gated area with very little traffic was very peaceful. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. When getting the wood burning fireplace ready, we couldn't find the metal bucket to put the ashes. Within minutes of calling, a new bucket arrived. We were very impressed by attention to service. Having a nice place to stay with our fur babies was so nice. Next time I would prefer driving our car. The F250 sits high and my husband had no issues seeing over the front. I'm short and when going up hill I couldn't see the road. Overall we both enjoyed the trip. My husband pointed out several deer on the mountain. Great places to eat in town. 5 star for sure!

We loved Wind Rush! We were able to bring our dog, saw some flurries, enjoyed the scenery, fireplace, and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked-more than any other rental I've ever stayed at! Plenty of utensils, glassware, dinnerware, pots and pans. The Christmas decorations were so cute and added to the ambiance. This cabin is on top of the ridge between two mountain tops and the road up is steep, but so worth it. The views are stunning on both sides. The town is just a few minutes away and so convenient.

We spent the misty cold nights in the hot tub (fantastic jets and clean!), then enjoyed beautiful sunny afternoons that were great for relaxing in this beautiful cabin. We visited Ellijay to shop and even hiked up to the top of mountain and saw deer!

Wind Rush cabin sits in a wonderful location, with amazing back deck views, interior was super clean, relaxing and peaceful. Enjoyed very much the interior wood fire place, the hot tub, the gas grill and the gas firepit on back deck. Awesome! The hiking trail behind the cabin was also great to enjoy the woods and some nice fresh air. Enjoyed shopping and eating some great food in downtown Ellijay which was about 10 minutes from the cabin and downtown Blue Ridge which was about 15 miles away. Overall we had an amazing stay at the Wind Rush cabin! We definitely will be back soon!
