Blue Ridge Adventure Park

Summer is a wonderful time to sit back, relax and enjoy some much needed time off. If you’re still looking for a great way to spend your summer vacation this year be sure to check out the towns of Blue Ridge and Ellijay, in the mountains of North Georgia! Our staff is often asked what types of attractions Ellijay and Blue Ridge have to offer and we have a few activities that we’re sure you and your group would enjoy doing while visiting the North Georgia Mountains.

Blue Ridge Adventure Park
If you and your friends are up for some excitement and thrills, the Blue Ridge Adventure Park is the place to go!! The adventure park offers all sorts of spine-thrilling and exhilarating activities for everyone to choose from !! The Aerial Adventure Park is an obstacle challenge course designed for those who are looking for the utmost in fun and excitement! Obstacles include suspended bridges, tight ropes, climbing walls, zip-lines and other thrilling challenges. The course has three levels of difficulty, allowing you to go at your own pace and choose your whatever level of difficulty you are comfortable with.

Each participant is strapped in a harness for safety while suspended on the course. All of the courses are designed to be self-guided, but there will be staff there to assist you if needed. The Blue Ridge Adventure Park also offers a ground level course for children ages five and six to enjoy.

Ziplining Canopy Tour
Experience new heights on this fun-filled adventure and enjoy experiencing the North Georgia Mountains in a whole new way! We can’t think of anything more exciting then soaring through the air at treetop level catching breathtaking views of the Georgia Mountains as you glide through the cloudless sky.. Imagine coming home telling all your friends that you had the opportunity to experienced Blue Ridge from the Eagles Point of View!

Zip Line Canopy Tours offer a course set on 165 acres of beautiful North Georgia landscape. They offer a one hour tour, featuring a half mile of cable allowing for seven stops along the tree tops. They also offer a two hour tour which features 13 ziplines for your enjoyment! The zipline is located approximately six miles from downtown Blue Ridge and reservations are required in advance for the Zipline Canopy tour.

For both of these attractions, it is important to remember to wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Closed toed shoes are required and long hair must be pulled back and out of the way. It is not recommended to wear jewelry on the course, so please put that in a safe place before arriving at the facility!
When finished with a day of adrenaline pumping fun, head back to your Morning Breeze Cabin Rental for a soak in the hot tub or just to relax on the back deck taking in the magnificence of the mountains.
