October 1-31st
Mercier Orchards is at it again! This time with their U-select Pumpkins & Tractor Tour! The orchard will be offering tractor tours of the orchard all throughout the month of October and offering u-select pumpkins the first 2 weekends of October.

Cherry Log Festival 

October 6-20th
We’re gearing up for the Cherry Log Fall Festival! The festival will be held the first 3 weekends of October and we can’t wait! The Cherry Log community will be serving up delicious homemade breakfast and lunch with homemade cakes, pies, and canned goods. 

The festival will also include arts, crafts, bluegrass, gospel, and country music at the Cherry Log Clubhouse. This festival is always a blast so bring your friends, family, rent a Morning Breeze Cabin Rentals, and enjoy the weekend away! 

48th Annual Georgia Apple Festival 

October 12-13, 19-20
This year Ellijay celebrates 47 fun-filled years of Apple Festivals! Each year North Georgia brings two exciting weekends to Ellijay, Georgia! With hundreds of vendors offering arts, crafts, food, music, and much more. 

The Festival will be held on October 12-13, 19-20.

The Georgia Apple Festival will be held at the Ellijay Lions Club. With over 300 vendors displaying handmade crafts, on-site demonstrations, and delicious homemade food, there’s something for everyone at the Georgia Apple Festival! 

Join us for the parade and antique car show as well. So pack up the family, rent an Ellijay Cabin Rental and make a weekend out of it! We hope to see you there! 

Fall Arts in the Park

October 12-13
Mark your calendars for the 2019 Fall Arts in the Park event held on October 12 & 13th in downtown city park – Blue Ridge, Georgia. Arts and craft vendors from all over the region will be set up to display their masterpieces. The art exhibits will be from 10am-5pm so be sure to stop by and pick up your masterpiece! 

Sorghum Festival

The Sorghum Festival is one of the longest festivals in Georgia! An amazing parade kicks off the event filled with bluegrass music, cloggers, and many other forms of entertainment! 

The festival offers great food, great fun, and community! The event is on Saturdays and Sundays only from 9am to 5pm. 

Haloween Safe Zone

Grab the kids, dress them up, and head to the Halloween Safe Zone on October 31st! The fun begins at 5:30pm in the downtown Blue Ridge area. Hundreds of costumed kids and grown-ups kids will be walking around, meeting vendors, and grabbing all the candy they can carry. 

Pets are always welcome and dressing them up is encouraged as well!
