Feels Like Home!

Very cute bear decorated cabin up in the trees. My husband and I stayed there with our 10 year old boxer for a super long weekend. We wanted a getaway and just chill out. This cabin was the answer. Just big enough for us and all our stuff. The beds very very comfy and we had plenty of warm cozy blankets. The hot tub is so much fun and soothing. It’s under the main house but with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed nightly soaks. We didn’t use the outdoor fire pit due to the weather but had some nice fires inside. . The kitchen was like home. The cabin has a cute bear theme also. The front porch is screened in and we enjoyed coffee and adult drinks daily. As a plus the whole porch area top and bottom is gated so our dog never got out by accident. Just to the left of the cabin is a path that takes you down some stairs to a grass path with a small chapel and a white diamond marked trail to walk ( Benton MacKaye Trail). We did it daily and it was very nice. There is a walkway down to the lake and a small dock there that is nice to chill out on. There was a canoe but it was cold so we didn’t use it. The sofa has reclining ends which my husband and I loved. We would come back again. Morning breeze was so easy to deal with and responded very quickly when we had questions. They really make you feel like it’s your home.
