We stayed in Hunter’s Lodge located in Ellijay, Georgia, right on the river. Both the management company and the owner have done an extraordinary job in making sure this cabin had everything you and your family would need for an amazing time in the mountains. The housekeepers had done a superb job in providing a clean cabin, both inside and out. There were loads of games for the children to play, an out of this world race car game that worked off your cellphone, tons of outdoor equipment for basketball, horsehoes, badminton, fishing, outdoor ping pong, and an indoor game room with a regulation size pool table, and the added bonus of a hot tub. Two fireplaces, and an outdoor firepit by the river for roasting hot dogs, marshmellows, and telling stories about the deer and Canadian geese wandering through the yard. Having all these amenities (with everything working perfectly) takes some serious forethought by the owner and meticulous management and execution by Morning Breeze Cabin Rentals. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Relaxing in a cabin like this in the mountains will restore your soul.
