The Perfect “Secluded” Family Getaway Cabin!

Our family of 7 adults plus dogs celebrated Christmas together this year at Fireside Lodge and found every aspect to be ideal! We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and meditating on the spacious decks overlooking the mountains, soaking in the hot tub, roasting s’mores at night in the outside fireplace, gathering around the dining room table for family game time, and driving into town for a pleasant sit-down breakfast along with some holiday shopping. The highlight for our family was waking up on Christmas morning, gathering in the cozy den with our hot coffee, basking in the fire in the stone fireplace, and exchanging gifts and laughter with each other. We particularly loved the seclusion factor of this cabin and found the drive up from downtown Ellijay to be rather short and easy one (10-15 minutes or so). We even arranged for Door Dash to deliver dinner one evening right to the cabin door! Simply put, it was an ideal holiday vacation, and I must say that it was also a huge help and pleasure working with the nice, friendly ladies at Morning Breeze Rentals. Their timely communications and people skills were outstanding and so appreciated! We loved staying at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone who desires a peaceful and tranquil getaway. We’ll also be sure to use Morning Breeze for all of our future Blue Ridge vacation plans.
