The US Corps of Engineers operates four camp grounds, four boat ramps, a beach, several picnic areas and playgrounds around the lake. They have a Visitors Center with small museum and nature trail. There are several hiking trails and many scenic areas to enjoy.

Local rafting and tubing companies monitor this information and use it to plan their water activity trips.
